Our Services

We will support any individual under family managed services. We can help negotiate FMS contracts and provide AHS and PDD level support services as long as needed. We have exceptional documentation process that will make a transition to an agency easy for administrators of FMS contracts.

We support individuals based on their needs, funding and preference. Those who want to live on their own will have the option while under our care. Those who prefer to share a residence with others will also have the option.

In our group living environment, we ensure that a maximum of three individuals will share a home [two is ideal] and ensure that these individuals are compatible and have a lot in common.

We work with individuals to create personalized plans that work for them and enable them gain access to community resources.

Our Community Access program integrates core elements of wholistic wellbeing, community integration, emotional and physical fitness, social connections and personal growth plans.

We have a robust reporting mechanism to ensure data driven analysis of our work.

We believe that each individual has aspirations and life goals. Thus, we will ensure those we support have options for vocational programs and career paths where they can learn and foster life skills, personality growths and job opportunities.

We work hard and excel at community integration and rehabilitation.

We are open to supporting individuals who have nowhere to go. Our SOS program will support any individual for any amount of time. We will do our best to offer the best services possible while any SOS individual is under our care. Our plan of support will be readily shared with stakeholders

Each individual we serve will have an opportunity to choose a mentor which could be a staff, volunteer or members of the community. Plans will be put in place to ensure our mentorship programs are uplifting and devoid of any form of exploitation
